single-side-send and sing-side-recevive, just allow 1-side send 1-side recevie, not related dataChanel peer to to peer hand sharking for SSL, crypto and encrypt...etc...

For dateChannel, u still need 2-way handshake , even u just want single-side-send and sing-side-recevive, becoz, security check for both side, SSL....no matter 1-way or 2-way data stream , webrtc inherit check both sides, connection and SSL, or cryptio encrytion....etcc..
